What is Healthy Lifestyle?


A healthy lifestyle isn’t just about diet and exercise. A healthy lifestyle is one where a person is at a healthy weight, has a balanced diet, thinks positively, feels relaxed, exercises regularly, has good relationships, and benefits from it. Your lifestyle ultimately defines the way you live and it includes your social interactions, what you like to eat, how you dress, your attitude and values. As a coach, my goal is to help you find balance in those areas to begin making choices that will result in a happier you!


Why Don't You Have A Healthy Lifestyle?

Because life happens and it’s a busy for most of us!  As women, making ourselves healthy and happy is rarely near the top of our list of ‘things to do’. Typically, we are putting ourselves last and others first. When we do that, we are often trying our best, but are pouring from an empty cup. 


Why Should You Adopt A Healthy Lifestyle?

It is so important to make YOU a part of your day-to-day priorities. Your health depends on what you do throughout the day, everyday. A healthy lifestyle is so important and slowly improving your lifestyle step-by-step is key. Taking one small step matters! We often make the mistake of thinking that we have to take large steps to succeed, but that is not true. Often times, we miss out on an opportunity trying to go too big. It's really the small steps that matter.

As a coach, I am your safe space! I am here to encourage, inspire and hold you accountable! Throughout our time together, I will work with you to put steps, actions and strategies in place to help you reach your goal(s). While establishing your goals, I will always meet you where you are to ensure that you accomplish what you set out for. The ultimate goal is to put you in a position where you're making informed decisions today for a healthier tomorrow. I only ask that you show up and be ready to do the work. Let's go get your life!
